Shrub 2-4m tall.  ‘Leaves’ alternating up the stems, 5-14cm long, 3.5-8mm wide, flat, hairless, edges smooth, with a straight or curved point.  Flower heads yellow, spherical, in 8-16 headed racemes, the stalks arisng from the bases of the 'leaves'.  Rare SA.
