Annual forb to 32cm tall. Leaves at the base of the plant and alternating up the stems, to 6.5cm long, flat, sticky hairy, deeply dissected, the lobes about 1mm wide, tips blunt. Flower heads with about 12-15 violet 'petals' and yellow centres. Flowers single at the ends of the stems.
