Twining to erect annual forb with stems to 30cm long. Succulent leaves, mostly at the base of the plant, some alternating up the stems. Leaves 2.5-5.5cm long, 5-10mm wide, flattened cylindrical, hairless. Flowers pale pink, with 5 petals. No information about the arrangement of the flowers, but presumably similar to Calandrinia eremaea. Rare Vic.

Differs from Calandrinia eremaea in that the flowering stems usually twine and the stalks of the fruiting bodies point upwards.
