Aromatic shrub to 2.5m tall. Leaves alternating up the stems, flat, 4-8cm long, 2-6mm wide, sticky, upper surface hairless, lower surface hairy, margins curved down. Flower heads small (less than 3mm across), white to cream, with 0 petals, oval to bell-shaped, in large open groups at the ends of the stems.
