Notes

Shrub to 1m tall. Leaves clustered or alternating along the stems, 0.5-5cm long, 2-26mm wide, flat, upper surface hairy becoming hairless, often warty, lower surface hairy, edges flat or curved down, margins entire or toothed. Flowers purplish blue with a yellow throat, tubular, the tube split to the base, with 5 lobes, solitary or in groups of 2-9 flowers on 1-3 stalks arising at the bases of the leaves.
