Notes

Shrub to 1m tall.  Leaves somewhat aromatic when crushed, usually in whorls of 3, sometimes more, 0.7-2.2cm long, 2-4mm wide, linear to flat, hairy, the edges curved downwards, with blunt tips.  Flowers white to pale mauve, tubular, with five lobes, in clusters of 9 flowers, composed of 3 sub-clusters, subtended by whorls of 3 leaflike bracts, at the tops of the stems.  Family Chloanthaceae in SA.
