Shrub to 5m tall. Leaves alternating up the stems, mostly 6-13cm long, mostly 5-10mm wide, flat, shiny to sticky, hairless, tips pointed. Male and female flowers often on separate plants. Flowers small (less than 3mm across), with 0 petals. Anthers in male plants green to red. Flowers in open panicles at the ends of the branches. Fruiting bodies with 3-4 wings. Rare Vic.
