Notes

Shrub or tree to 8m tall.  Leaves alternating along the stem, 3-20cm long, 3-14mm wide, flat, hairy, often becoming hairless, sticky, with smooth edges, usually with a hooked tip.  Flowers pinkish to reddish brown, tubular, 2-lipped, with five lobes, borne singly or in groups of 2-5 at the bases of the leaves.  Fruit blackish purple.  Family is Myoporaceae in SA.
