Notes

Annual or biennial forb, to 90cm tall or sprawling.  Leaves basal and opposite each other, basal leaves 1.5-6cm long, 10-30mm wide, stem leaves smaller.  Leaves deeply dissected into three flat lobes which are again lobed or toothed, hairy.  Leaves sometimes appear compound, with 3 leaflets.  Flowers blue, with 5 petals, in umbels of 2-6, rarely solitary, on stalks arising from the bases of the leaves.
