Annual forb to 40cm tall. Leaves alternating up the stems, or the lowermost almost opposite each other. Leaves 1-4cm long, to 2.5mm wide, flat to linear, hairless to hairy, slightly sticky, with margins turned down, and a blunt tip. Flowers with many white papery 'petals' and yellow centres. Flower heads hemispherical, borne singly or in open groups at the ends of the stems. Endangered Vic.
