Annual forb to 30cm tall. Leaves alternating up the stems, flat, 1.5-5cm long, 5-24mm wide, hairy, sticky, margins entire or lobed with 2-3 teeth near the apex, tips blunt. Flowers with many white or mauve to purple 'petals'. Flower heads borne singly or in small groups at the tops of the stems. Poorly known Vic.
