Biology

Sarcophaga bancroftorum has been collected at decayed carrion-baits by KAM.

Taxonomy

This species belongs to the monotypic subgenus Fergusonimyia. DNA barcode sequences of S. bancroftorum have been deposited in both GenBank and BOLD.
