Distribution

AUSTRALASIAN/OCEANIAN � (Australia � Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia), ORIENTAL, PALAEARTIC.

Biology

Sarcophaga seniorwhitei has been collected in mixed deciduous forests (B�nziger and Pape, 2004) and from mountain ranges in Korea (Park, 1977). This species has also been reared from fish, chicken and horse flesh under laboratory conditions (P�rez-Moreno et al., 2006).
