Diagnostic features

This species can be distinguished from all others in the genus by its high-spired shell with almost flat whorls. It reaches about 3.6 mm in length.

Type locality: Big Spring, 3 km southeast of Edgbaston homestead, 31 km northeast of Aramac, Queensland.

Biology and ecology

Lives in large springs in the Edgbaston group.

Distribution

Springs to the southeast of "Edgbaston" Homestead, about 30 km northeast of Aramac, Queensland (Barcaldine Supergroup).
