Nanocochlea parva Ponder & Clark, 1993

Diagnostic features

This species has a small shell with prosocline outer apertural lip. This species is tentatively included in Nanocochlea, the small pupiform shell and the long S-shaped rectum being characters typical of that genus.

Biology and ecology

In leaf litter and on wood, in small seepages and streams.

Distribution

Small streams flowing into the Acheron River and lower Franklin River, southwest Tasmania.
