The spire is flat and the shell smooth and the aperture has a flared outer lip.

Type locality: In groundwater sampled from Yelabra Well Pumphouse Bore, Yarrinyarra (Central Mount Wedge) Station, Ngalia Basin, Northern Territory.
Members of this genus live in ground water and very little is known of their biology. They presumably feed on bacterial films.
Known only from the type locality.
