Australia: Tasmania; Pacific: New Caledonia; New Zealand: Auckland, Nelson, Canterbury, Lake Rotorua, Lake Waikaremoana (Collyer, 1982; Schicha, 1987; Moraes et al., 2004).
Notes
Schicha (1987) found M. christinae on blackberry; in New Zealand Collyer (1982) reports M. christinae on several species of native vegetation and Rubus sp.
