Notes

On a wide range of vegetation; in Australia in temperate forests, especially rainforests, from southern Queensland to Tasmania (Schicha, 1984; 1987; Walter and Beard, 1997); in New Zealand on kowhai, Mt. Albert, Auckland (Walter and Beard, 1997).
