Shrub to 2m tall. 'Leaves' alternating up the stems, 0.7-2cm long, 1-3mm wide, more or less linear, hairless to hairy, sticky, often with a curved point, sometimes almost hooked. Flower heads globular, yellow, single or in pairs, the stalks arising from the bases of the 'leaves'. Rare SA. Rare Vic.
