Tree 4-20m tall. 'Leaves' alternating up the stems, usually hanging down. 'Leaves' 14-40cm long, 2-7mm wide, linear to flat, hairless to hairy, with smooth edges and a straight or curved point. Flower heads creamy white to pale yellow, globular, in 1-6 headed clusters or racemes, the stalks arisng from the bases of the 'leaves'.
