Flowers white to creamy yellow, with 5 'petals', in globular to oval groups at the bases of the leaves. Alternanthera sp. A Flora of New South Wales (M.Gray 5187) in NSW. Alternanthera sp. 1 in Victorian list (2007). Poorly known Vic.
