Shrub to 60cm tall. Leaves aromatic when crushed, opposite each other, 1.5-8cm long, to 1.5mm wide, flattened cylindrical to narrow with the edges tightly rolled in, hairless to hairy, usually warty, with warty edges and a blunt tip. Flowers white to mauve, blue, or purplish, with 4 petals. Flowers borne singly at the bases of the leaves. Protected NSW.
