Notes

Perennial forb 7-60cm tall.  Leaves alternating up the stems, often stem clasping, 1-6cm long, 1-25mm wide, flat, hairy, often sticky, edges flat or curved downwards, tips pointed, or blunt with a point.  Flower heads yellow, slightly to strongly tinged brown, occasionally white tinged pink, with many papery ‘petals’, bell-shaped, several to many flower heads in compact clusters at the ends of the stems.
