Notes
Tree or mallee to 12m tall. Bark rough on the lower trunk, upper trunk and branches smooth, sometimes coppery. Leaves aromatic when crushed, alternating up the stems, flat, 4.5-13cm long, 13-55mm wide, glossy green. Bud caps shorter than the base. Flowers white, with 0 petals, in clusters of 3-7 in panicles at the ends of the stems, sometimes with a few flowers in clusters of 3-7 at the bases of the leaves. Nut valves not very noticeable. Rare SA.
