Notes
Shrub or tree to 6m tall. Leaves scale-like, 0.1-0.3cm long, with long points, shed early. Flowers small (less than 3mm across), yellow-green, with 3-6 'petals', in short dense clusters or spikes of 2-6 flowers along the stems. Succulent stalk of the nut whitish to mauve to purple or red. Rare SA.
