Perennial forb, mat-forming or to 20cm tall. Leaves basal and in clusters under the flowers, 1-10cm long, 3-10mm wide, flat, hairy becoming hairless, often slightly sticky, with entire, toothed, or lobed edges, and pointed tips. Flowers yellow, tubular, the tube split to the base, with 5 lobes, borne singly or on several stalks arising from the bases of the leaf clusters. Rare SA.
