Annual forb to 3cm tall, often sprawling, Leaves somewhat stem-clasping, 0.45-2cm long, to 8mm wide, linear to flat, sticky hairy to hairless, with pointed tips. Flowers cream, often turning pink or purple, with 0 petals. Flower heads solitary at the tops of the stem.
