Prostrate or sprawling shrub or perennial forb to 20cm tall. Leaves fleshy, alternating along the stems, 0.4-0.6cm long, cylindrical to club-shaped, more or less flattened above, hairless, pointed. Flowers small (less than 3mm across), at the bases of the leaves.
