    Aleurodicus vinculus sp. nov. 

Distribution: Neotropical: Belize [Martin, 2004 Zootaxa: 31].

Host [Martin, 2004 Zootaxa: 30]: indet woody vines.

Taxonomy[Martin, 2004 Zootaxa: 30-31]:

Seven pairs of compound pores present with cephalic pair and first four anterior pairs large (40-60 μm each in outer diameter),  the posterior two pairs reduced (10-18 μm);  central processes of large compound pores truncate and hardly exserted beyond pore orifice; reduced last two abdominal compound pores (~16 μm) bell-shaped with two protuberant basil cells. 

Obvious 8-shaped pores present on the outer margin of the puparia.

Vasiform orifice  broadly chordate, smooth and covered by a transversely rounded-rectangular operculum; lingula large with two pair of setae and exserted almost attaining the posterior margin of the pupal case; 

12 pairs of submarginal hairlike setae;  anterior  marginal setae not evident;  posterior marginal setae present & stout.

Natural Enemies: unknown

Related Genera [Martin, 2004 Zootaxa: 31] Close relative of Aleurodicus trinidensis Quaintance & Baker but differs with a much greater number of small septate pores on the dorsal disc arranged in distinct chain-like rows across the submedian areas of the cephalothorax and abdominal segments II-VII.
