Cephalic & 4th anterior abdominal compound pore subequal in size;  1st & 2nd abdominal compound pores largest and subequal in size to each other;  3 posterior abdominal compound pores reduced in size with the 5th abdominal pore offset.

Cephalic submedian setae absent.

Lingula exserted

Distribution:  Nearctic: Mexico [S.E.L.];   Neotropical:  Brazil [Bondar,  1923: 85][NHM, London].

Host: Melastomataceae: Miconia sp [Bondar,  1923: 85],   Rubiaceae: Chomelia sp. [Bondar,  1923: 85] & Indet Genus [NHM, London],  Rutaceae: Citrus sp. [Bondar,  1923: 85].

Natural Enemies: Unknown.
