Agrostaleyrodes gen. nov.
Biology: Puparia narrowly elongate, clear and translucent with a narrow rim of marginal wax. Known only from grasses.
Distribution: Oriental: Taiwan
Taxonomy: Narrowly elongate with an irregular crenulated margin. Paired cephalothoracic and A8 setae present; A1 setal pair absent. Raised longitudinal ridges present on dorsum. Abdominal submedian depressions present. Thoracic and caudal tracheal furrows undifferentiated; thoracic tracheal cleft undifferentiated; caudal fold area with tubercles. Operculum trapezoidal filling most of cordate-shaped orifice; lingula not exposed. Adhesion pads not observed.
