Biology:  Pupal case ovoid; light brown color with margin & sub margin darker (brown) than rest of pupal case; pupal case narrower at the cephalothoracic margin.

Host: Myrtaceae:   Eugenia [Bondar,  1923: 51] Indet. Genus [NHM, London].

Distribution [Bondar,  1923: 51]: Neotropical:  Brazil 

Taxonomy:  Dorsal reticulated pattern absent;  paired pores absent;  simple pores scattered over pupal case;  marginal row of simple pores present; vasiform orifice heart shaped; the operculum occupying two-thirds of the orifice with transverse with lateral sides rounded, anterior & posterior sides parallel; 10-12 pair of sub marginal well-developed setae;  no spine-like projection from the caudal end of the vasiform orifice.
