Distribution: Neotropical:  Brazil [S.E.L.],  Puerto Rico [Quaintance, 1900: 48][S.E.L.] & U. S. Virgin Islands [S.E.L.]  

Host:  Myrtaceae: Psidium guajave   [Quaintance, 1900: 48];   Solanaceae: Cestrum diurnum  [Dozier, 1926: 122] .

Taxonomy [Quaintance, 1900: 47-48]: 7 subdorsal pairs of compound pores with one cephalic pair, one pair at the metathoracic or first abdominal segment, and the remaining pairs on the abdomen with the caudal pair larger than the others. The central process reduced to a simple rod-like structure.   The lingula is inserted.  A submarginal row of specialized  discoidal pore like papillae or tubercles that are also scattered in groups of four papillae or tubercles.
