Distribution:  Neotropical: Brazil [Bondar, 1923: 99][S.E.L.],  Colombia [S.E.L.], Domenica [S.E.L.].

Taxonomy:  The large cephalic and posterior four abdominal compound pores with distinctive petal-like ovoid cellular facets of the outer ring (from 9 to 10 cells); the outer ring of the reduced compound pores with 7 to 8 ovoid flower pedal like facets.  Last 4 posterior large compound pores each associated with one simple discoidal pore. 

First reduced abdominal compound pore more in line with other abdominal compound pores;  reduced compound pores both about half the size of the larger abdominal pores; first reduced compound pore associated with two simple discoidal pores,  second reduced compound pore associated with 4 simple discoidal pores.  

Related species: This species has the petal-like ovoid cells in common with Paraleyrodes bondari Perracchi and Paraleyrodes singularis Bondar.
