Distribution: Neotropical: Belize [Martin 2004 Zootaxa: 69].
Host: Rubiaceae: Guettarda combesii [Martin 2004 Zootaxa: 69].
Natural Enemies: Unknown.
Taxonomy: Description based on the adult male aedeagus. One pupa similar to P. bondari Perrachi, but association to adult is unknown.
Related species: Adult male similar to the aedeagus of P. pseudonaranjae Martin and P. perplexus sp. nov.. But they display more differences.
