Biology: Puparia normally pale, smallest of all the species, oval-shaped with inflated area from metathorax to 2nd abdominal segment.

Taxonomy [Singh 1931: 42-43]: Inflated area from metathorax to 2nd abdominal segment, with (Minutaleyrodes minuta (Singh)) or without dorsal pairs of tubercles on the thorax and abdomen; dorsal disc tessellated in common species intercepted in quarantine
