Introduction

This key is an identification tool for Zygophyllaceae that are threatened in the Farasan Archipelago due to the Habitat loss by anthropogenic activity and climate change. The key included five species which are treated and all features are illustrated with botanical drawings so that help for distinguishing characters have been added for certain groups of closely related species. The key has been designed for ease of use; in keeping with this, the character set has been kept to a minimum. All species contained photographs showing distinguishing characteristics and it is regularly updated.
