Distribution and Habitat

Cranbrook to Jeramungup with a disjunct population at Moodiarrup, growing in sandy-clay soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description

A rare subspecies 50–100 mm high with a hairy leaf 40–60 mm long by 4–8 mm wide and one (rarely two) green to apricot flowers 10–15 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is distinguished from the subsp. cracens by its continuous, rather than broken, band of labellum lamina calli and more southerly distribution.
