Distribution and Habitat
Ravensthorpe to Israelite Bay, growing in soil pockets on granite outcrops and occasionally also in adjacent woodlands.

Description
A common eastern subspecies 250–400 mm high with a hairy leaf 100–250 mm long by 6–15 mm wide and up to three creamy-white flowers 80–100 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related subsp. insularis by its larger insect pollinated rather than self-pollinating flowers and inland range of distribution.
