Gingin to Lake Muir, growing in sandy soils in forests and woodlands.

Description

An attractive species 350–600 mm high with a hairy leaf 150–250 mm long by 5–12 mm wide and up to three creamy-white, pink-tinged flowers 100–150 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is distinguished from the related White Spider Orchid (Caladenia longicauda) by its pinkish tinged flowers and larger labellum with prominent, sometimes bifurcated fringe segments.
