Distribution and Habitat

Mullewa to Kalbarri, growing in sandy soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description

A northern species 120–200 mm high with a hairy leaf 30–80 mm long by 2–4 mm wide and up to two creamy-white, prominently red-striped flowers 30–40 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is superficially similar to members of the Caladenia filamentosa complex but is readily distinguished from them by its clubbed sepals.
