Distribution and Habitat

Brookton to Nyabing, growing in sandy-clay and lateritic soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description

An uncommon species 150–200 mm high with a hairy leaf 70–90 mm long by 15–18 mm wide and up to two small, greenish-yellow and red flowers 30–40 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

The petals are pointed, while the sepals are prominently clubbed.
