Distribution and Habitat
Clackline to Cranbrook with disjunct populations near Kalbarri, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description
An uncommon hybrid 100–250 mm high with a dull green, prominently hairy leaf 50–100 mm long by 10–15 mm wide and up to three creamy-white to pale yellow flowers 50–70 mm across.

Notes
A hybrid between Cowslip Orchid (Caladenia flava) and White Spider Orchid (C. longicauda). A similar hybrid but with pink flowers has been recorded between Pink Fairies (Caladenia latifolia) and C. longicauda.
