Description
A rare species 200–500 mm high with a smooth leaf 100–200 mm long by 6–10 mm wide and up to seven dull, green, yellow and red-purple, well-spaced flowers 18–20 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
The species is a close relative of Wandoo Beard Orchid (Calochilus stramenicola) and, although occurring in quite different habitat, is similar in morphology and may be a form of that species.
