Distribution and Habitat
Cape Arid to Wellstead, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soils in seasonally damp areas, flowering best in the season following summer fire.

Description
A eastern species 200–400 mm high with four to six smooth leaves 80–150 mm long by 1–2 mm wide and up to five yellow, brown marked flowers 20–15 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related Bristly Donkey Orchid (Diuris setacea) by its straight rather than spirally twisted leaves and taller inflorescence.
