Lake Clifton to Busselton, growing in sandy soils in woodlands and shrublands.

Description

An attractive species 250–400 mm high with two to three smooth leaves 80–150 mm long by 7–10 mm wide and up to seven pale yellow and red to reddish-brown flowers 25–35 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is distinguished from the related Sandplain Donkey Orchid (Diuris tinctoria) by its shorter stature and smaller flowers that lack any purple colouration.
