Quairading to Balladonia, growing in soil pockets on granite outcrops.

Description

A common inland species 100–500 mm high with a smooth tubular leaf 150–400 mm long by 5–8 mm wide and up to 50 greenish-yellow flowers 3–3.5 mm across.

Distinguishing Features

It is distinguished from the often co-occurring Granite Mignonette Orchid (M. graniticola), by its less concave dorsal sepal and comma-shaped labellum lamina calli.
