Distribution and Habitat
Dongara to Israelite Bay, growing in sandy, sandy-clay and clay soils in forests, woodlands and seasonally wet flats, flowering best in the season following summer fire.

Description
A common species 150–300 mm (rarely to 500 mm) high with a smooth tubular leaf 150–300 mm long by 2–4 mm wide and up to 50 white, pink and fawn flowers 7–8 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from all other Western Australian Leek Orchids by its broad, white, frilly margined petals.
