Distribution and Habitat
Kalbarri to Israelite Bay, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soils in woodlands and shrublands, flowering best in the season following summer fire.

Description
A small flowered species 300–600 mm high with a smooth tubular leaf 200–350 mm long by 2–3 mm wide and up to 50 white, green and brown- flowers 4–5 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the closely related Little Leek Orchid (Prasophyllum ovale) by its generally taller flower scape and more numerous, smaller flowers.
