Distribution and Habitat
Perth to Busselton, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soils in seasonally wet flats, flowering only in the season following summer fire.

Description
A rare species 50–250 mm high with a smooth tubular leaf 100–150 mm long by 3–6 mm wide and up to 60 sweetly fragrant, green and white flowers 6–8 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the other members of the Prasophyllum cucullatum complex by its green and white flowers and more northerly distribution.
